SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS, WARRANTY AND PAYMENTS

SHIPPING
We ship to Spain, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla to countries in the European Union and also international shipments. (Each shipment has its different rates depending on the country of shipment).
All packages include:
• 1 Shipping box per order.
• Thank you card, business card and stickers.
DELIVERY TIMES
• DHL Express shipping to Spain: 24-48h
• DHL Express shipping to the European Union: 1-3 days.
• Shipping to countries outside the European Union (USA...): 5-8 days.
All orders will be shipped the day after receipt of the order if it is a business day. If the day is not a business day (Saturday, Sunday, holidays) they will be shipped the next business day.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
If you do not like your jewel, you can return it to us within the next 15 days. In this case, the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer. Once the merchandise has been received and it has been verified that it is in perfect condition, the money spent on the website will be refunded to you in the form of a gift card with no expiration date so that you can exchange it for something else.
If, on the other hand, any of the jewels you have purchased turn out to be defective (manufacturing defect), another jewel will be sent to you, the same as the one you ordered, and the cost of shipping the defective jewel will be borne by the brand. If we do not have stock available of that same jewel, you will be given the option of choosing another one that you like more at the same price or a gift card.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, request a jewelry exchange or return, the buyer may contact Arizona at the email jewelryarizona@gmail.com, indicating the reason for the return and the order number.

CONSUMER GOODS WARRANTY
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all Arizona jewelry has, since 01/01/2022, a three-year warranty from delivery and we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or refund the amount of the product. If you have to make a warranty claim, please contact us by email at jewelryarizona@gmail.com. This warranty does not cover possible breakages or wear caused by use. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. If any Jewelry is manipulated by a third party other than Arizona, it will automatically lose its warranty and therefore the right to repair, replace, reduce the price or refund the amount of the product.
PAYMENT
Arizona offers you various payment methods so that you can choose the one that best suits you or best adapts to your needs: Payment by Credit Card: you can use Visa, MasterCard, Amex. If the POS terminal reports that the card has been denied, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will be informed online of the cancellation. For payments made with cards issued outside Spain, the issuing bank must be covered by the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.
